Onsite AI Product Support Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Product Support Receptionist based in Manila to support their AI product, AIR. In this role, you will engage with clients, collect and document customer concerns, and work closely with the Team Manager and other specialists.

This position requires excellent communication skills and previous experience interacting with US-based customers. The role demands full onsite work on a night shift basis, from Tuesday to Saturday.
