E‑commerce Expert
We are looking for an E‑commerce Expert to drive the growth, performance, and continuous improvement of Wärtsilä digital commerce. The role combines hands‑on operational ownership with strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.

Finland or Italy (other European time zones considered)
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the MyWärtsilä e‑commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with the product owner to define scope and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce initiatives that support business growth.
- Coordinate with IT, UX design, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot system issues and failures, coordinating cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
