Program Coordinator – Charitable Organization That Supports Children's Educational Needs
Position Summary: Crayons and Beyond, a nonprofit organization, exists to level the playing field in the classroom by ensuring that teachers can provide students in need with the tools to succeed in school. This is accomplished through distributing supplies and related items to teachers in the Resource Center (‘Store’), shipping, and delivery into schools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support Day-to-Day Operations of the Online Ordering Platform
- Open and maintain ordering events within Applebase software.
- Monitor inventory and ordering capacity to ensure products are active and available (or deactivated as needed).
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot ordering issues and maintain system accuracy.
