Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to support Online Banking users. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience via phone and email.

Schedule

  • Required: 4 weekdays + Saturday (every week, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Assigned shift options:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM10:00 AM – 7:00 PM11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Some flexibility may be available after training
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to online banking users via phone and email
  • Accurately address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and technical issues
  • Support inbound call volume within the Customer Service Center
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with strong written communication skills
  • Act as a liaison between customers and third-party service providers
