Elevate training initiatives with Shoreline Power Group as an Onboarding Trainer for Bruce Power Projects in Kincardine, Ontario. You will develop and coordinate essential training programs that meet EHS Management System standards.
Reporting directly to the Onboarding Manager, this critical role involves assessing training needs and delivering comprehensive training in Environmental Health and Safety programs. You'll bring your expertise in adult education to foster a nuclear safety culture and enhance employee competencies across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train employees on various Environmental Health and Safety programs
• Provide feedback on employee competency to management
• Participate in training team meetings and projects
