Onboarding Engineer

The Onboarding Engineer collaborates closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure all technical onboarding activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with our quality standards. This includes assessing client environments, migrating systems, standardizing configurations, building documentation, and ensuring operational readiness for long-term managed Onboarding Engineer is responsible for leading the technical implementation and onboarding of new clients into our managed services ecosystem. This role ensures a smooth, secure, and well-documented transition from the client’s existing environment into the standardized operational framework

Accountabilities

·Lead the full technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the managed services environment.

·Perform comprehensive onboarding assessments, including infrastructure reviews, security evaluations, and technology baseline.
