Onboarding Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging onboarding process that supports employee integration and contributes to a positive employee experience from day one.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, capable of working cross-functionally with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization.
