Onboarding & Compliance Case Specialist

Jobtailor is seeking a capable professional to support onboarding and underwriting of new cases in a compliance-conscious environment. You will review documentation for regulatory compliance and pricing alignment while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of call centre experience in a customer-facing role, and a health-science degree. Proficiency with standard office applications is required to ensure smooth processing of payments and case
