We're looking for our new Onboarding And Training Specialist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of welcoming new users to the platform and helping new users break through the overwhelm of creating their first course (or two).
You'll do this by constantly up-leveling and rethinking our approach to client success & education.
Responsibilities
Conduct brief, personalized welcome calls to new users to introduce them to XP.
Create a warm and inviting first impression that aligns with the XP brand's commitment to user success and education.
Perform live, synchronous training sessions tailored to help new users create on the platform, with a special focus on simplifying the process of publishing their first course.
Organize and lead interactive webinars and workshops that cover essential tools, features, and best practices for course creation and management.
