Onboarding And Training Specialist
We're looking for our new Onboarding And Training Specialist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of:
- Welcoming new users to the platform
- Helping new users break through the overwhelm of creating their first course (or two)
You'll do this by constantly up-leveling and rethinking our approach to client success & education.
In partnership with the Head Of Success, your initial responsibilities will include:
- Conduct brief, personalized welcome calls to new users to introduce them to XP.
- Create a warm and inviting first impression that aligns with the XP brand's commitment to user success and education.
- Perform live, synchronous training sessions tailored to help new users create on the platform, with a special focus on simplifying the process of publishing their first course.
- Organize and lead interactive webinars and workshops that cover essential tools, features, and best practices for course creation ...
