Onboarder/Trainer

As part of a newly created Operations and Logistics team, we
have an opportunity for an Onboarder / Trainer. You will support users
as they go live on a secure collaboration platform designed for international
defence and government programmes.

This platform enables trusted cross-border information
sharing.

As we continue to scale, you will play an important part in
supporting high-profile programmes and a growing user base.

Acting as a key member of the Onboarding and Training team,
and deputy to the Onboarding and Training Manager, you will lead onboarding
events, support first-time system access, and deliver engaging training
experiences.
