Onboard Cruise Ship Butcher & Prep Specialist

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced Butcher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities include thawing, butchering, and preparing meats and poultry while complying with health regulations. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in an upscale setting and is knowledgeable about food safety practices.

This role requires teamwork, excellent cleaning practices, and adherence to changing schedules as per the Head Butcher and Executive Chef's directives.
