On-Site IT Support Specialist – L1/L2 (60%)

For a short-term client project in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced On‑Site IT Support Specialist with strong Level 1 and Level 2 workplace support expertise.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users on‑site
• Test technical implementations and verify their correct functionality
• Coordinate technical activities directly with end users and project stakeholders
• Reimage and restage laptops, desktops and other workplace devices
• Perform device replacements and support hardware rollouts
• Set up and configure workplaces, including computers, monitors, peripherals and accessories
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and device configuration issues
• Document completed activities, incidents and technical findings
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams
