On-Site IT Support Analyst: Hardware & Solutions

Robert Bosch Group is seeking a capable IT support professional to join our regional central IT organization. You will provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, hardware, and peripherals, diagnosing issues and implementing fixes to ensure optimal performance.

This role requires you to interface with local management and end users, conduct on-site analyses, participate in solution consulting, and deliver training on IT tools and procedures while maintaining accurate asset records.
