On-Site Handyman & Team Lead

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a reliable Handyman in Newcastle, South Africa. The role involves delivering high-quality general maintenance across client sites, managing a small on-site team, and ensuring safety, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance, respond to call-outs, and support specialist teams as needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience in building maintenance, supervision skills, and a range of hands-on trades.
