On-Site Desktop Support Engineer - Windows & Mac

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktop environments, printers, and peripheral devices at client sites, ensuring availability and performance.

The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to document issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing. You will liaise with other IT teams and escalate complex problems to Tier 3 when necessary.
