Make a difference as an On-Site Case Manager, providing vital social services and program management directly to the community. Your role will include overseeing operations and staff training.
We invite candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in case management. You will manage community service programs, guide staff, and handle operational challenges in various settings. Your involvement will ensure the successful delivery of essential services to those in need in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of social service programs effectively
• Organize staff training and hiring procedures
• Direct operations in correctional and community settings
• Resolve conflicts and provide coaching support

Requirements:
• 1-2 year diploma or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years in a case management role
• Technology-savvy with MS Word knowledge
• Hold a valid driver's license with background checks
