On-Campus Housing & Resident Experience Lead

Nanyang Technological University is seeking a Housing Operations Specialist to support on-campus student and staff housing services. You will process hostel applications, assign rooms, manage waitlists and appeals, and ensure timely billing and refunds.

As part of the Office of Campus Housing, you will collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, address resident needs promptly, and maintain accurate records to support reporting and safety initiatives.
