On-boarding Specialist

The Service Provider shall deliver the following services to support the onboarding and work visa process for selected candidates, as and when required by the Company, under a call-off arrangement:

• Collect all necessary onboarding documents in accordance with the Company’s standard forms and compliance requirements.


• Endorsement of the candidates to the visa agent for visa processing, including medical examination and result, police criminal check & clearance, and degree attestation if required.


• Support candidates in making payments to the visa agent for all visa-related expenses.


• Ensure timely submission of medical and police criminal and clearance reports to the Company onboarding team.


• Monitor and follow up on candidates’ resignation notice periods and confirm last working dates.
