About the role
The NA Omnichannel Orchestration Manager is accountable for overseeing the team and key processes that transform customer engagement plans into high‑performing HCP and Patient omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on speed‑to‑market, innovative capabilities, and continuous improvement. The manager will partner with brands to ensure the right message reaches the right customer via the right channels at the right time.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as brand team liaison for the GTMC OC team, ensuring single point of accountability and coordination of all Omnichannel activities.
- Design and execute an effective campaign orchestration process, ensuring brand requirements are met and managing change.
