Omnichannel Loyalty & Lifecycle Growth Lead

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior lifecycle marketing leader to drive a customer-centric growth transformation. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle and loyalty strategy, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud and CDP capabilities to maximize CLTV and business value.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape campaigns across Email, App, Web, and in- venue touchpoints, and partner with Finance, IT, and Park Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
