Job Description
The Omni Experience Manager drives store sales, key metrics, and profitability by leading a team of fulfillment associates to deliver positive customer experiences through executing customer orders with accuracy, efficiency, and speed. This role leads cross-functional collaboration across omni, operations, and selling teams to optimize team performance and maximize results. This is an exempt position, with monthly bonus eligibility.Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of key metrics.
