Job Title: OJT Lead
Department: Maintenance Training
Reports To: OJT Production Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Observe trainee and apprentice performance and record demonstrated proficiency and task completion.Conduct performance evaluations of trainees and apprentices and report results to the OJT Production Supervisor.Assign daily job tasks and crews to apprentices while working in their assigned work areas.Lead, direct, and provide oversight to apprentices as they perform assigned maintenance or job tasks.Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided by maintenance teams and trainers.Monitor completion, quality of work, and understanding of assigned tasks.Ensure maintenance and job tasks are performed in accordance with approved data, including AMM, SRM, CMMs,...
