Lead operational excellence in the field as the Operations Manager, Oilsands, with Dexterra Group. This critical role combines 80% field activities and 20% hybrid management to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction.
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Lodge Management team, ensuring compliance and effective operational processes. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement both tactical and strategic initiatives for field operations. A strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service will guide your management of the team and operations.
