Join Aker Solutions in St. John's as an Offshore HAR Lead, focused on ensuring safety and compliance for energy sector projects. Your leadership will shape the effectiveness of our rope access teams.
In this role, you will coordinate all Rope Access personnel and ensure that they meet project specifications. With a strong emphasis on mentoring and technical support, you will also be responsible for maintaining equipment inventory and overseeing compliance with safety protocols. Your expertise will guide project proposals and enhance relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
