Handle daily Airfreight export shipment with customers, business partners and overseas offices
To communicate with overseas partners for Air export shipment as well to ensure shipment handling properly and efficiently
Closely coordinate the shipment with both internal and external parties
Provide efficiency and high quality of service to customer in maximize business opportunities
Build up good relationship with client in enhance customer satisfaction
Support to manage operating system update in timely and accurately to ensure data quality
Support to prepare shipment related reports to customer and team head
