Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries on shipments and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate import/export shipments, including documentation and billing.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, customs requirements, and company procedures.
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and branches to support smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor daily operations (e.g., truck movements, shipment status).
- Prepare required reports and support KPI achievement.
- Support Station Manager and perform other assigned operational duties.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 1 year and above of experience in freight forwarding / logistics (Air Freight preferred).
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance is an advantage.
