Job Description: Officer – Accounts (Reconciliation) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Industry: Pharmaceutical Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience of SAP Bank Reconciliation through SAP is mandatory Key Responsibilities Perform daily bank reconciliations through SAP and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation of all foreign exchange (forex) bank accounts. Record, verify, and account for bank payment entries related to forex expenses, import payments, fixed deposits, mutual funds, bank charges, and unpaid dividends. Process bank receipt entries received from employees, customers, vendors, and other parties after validating supporting documents and bank advice. Coordinate with the Finance, ISS, and Distribution teams to resolve pending collections, bank statement discrepancies, and bank advice-related issues.
