The Clinical Product Specialist
Provide best‐in‐class, clinically focused customer education and support via phone to assist at all points of the customer journey – onboarding, troubleshooting and retention – for the Omnipod portfolio of products for patients with Type1 and Type2 diabetes.
Responsibilities
Support Omnipod portfolio customers post‐onboarding or training to achieve first‐call resolution and retention.
Maintain up‐to‐date clinical knowledge through provided learnings and training, and provide accurate information within scope when answering customer inquiries.
Review and educate customers on diabetes data‐management reports using data‐management platforms and Omnipod products to gather insights and assist in HCP conversations and follow‐up.
Follow standardized workflows, fully document all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system, and meet departmental service‐level and KPI targets.
