Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Office Receptionist and Administrative Executive. This fully on-site role covers front desk responsibilities, office administration, and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors, direct them to meeting rooms, and prepare beverage orders as required.

  • Handle switchboard calls and visitors professionally.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up according to requirements.

  • Ensure office and meeting room facilities, fixtures, amenities, and equipment are well maintained, and coordinate regular servicing with vendors.

  • Assist with the setup and turnover of meeting rooms and common areas for events.
