Office & Facilities Administration Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Office & Facilities Administration Manager to oversee and lead all administrative, operational, and structural functions of our office facilities. This role ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of company offices while supervising key administrative support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office maintenance, utilities, equipment, and physical facilities (HVAC, generators, water systems, repairs, construction, and upkeep)
Supervise vendors (security, landscaping, pest control, vending, maintenance services, etc.)
Manage corporate fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, fuel controls, inspections, and incident investigations
Administer purchasing cycle, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and petty cash
