Office Coordinator
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Office Coordinator to be the face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, and creating a welcoming, efficient workplace.
What You’ll Do

+ Greet visitors and maintain a polished front desk presence

+ Answer and direct incoming calls

+ Handle follow-ups with clients, including payment reminders

+ Print, scan, and file documents; keep records organized

+ Assist with basic proposals using templates

+ Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and related documentation

+ Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel for tracking, Word for documents)

+ 1+ years of xperience with front desk or administrative support

+ Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or similar industry
