Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or fresher looking to gain experience in an office setting. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and bookkeeping.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
