Position Summary
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment including ordering, receiving and organizing.
- Manage office filing system and organize documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, bill payments and expense tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members.
