- Coordination of meeting logistics (rooms, catering, preparation)
- Organization of travel (flights, hotels, agendas)
- Support for internal events, workshops and management meetings
- Coordination of office logistics and supplies
- Administrative coordination for HR and corporate activities
- Support onboarding administration and recruitment coordination when needed
- Administrative support for internal projects (HR initiatives, organizational projects)
- 3-6 years of experience in office management / administrative coordination
- You speak perfectly french and you have a very good level in english
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
