Job Description


  • Coordination of meeting logistics (rooms, catering, preparation)

  • Organization of travel (flights, hotels, agendas)

  • Support for internal events, workshops and management meetings

  • Coordination of office logistics and supplies

  • Administrative coordination for HR and corporate activities

  • Support onboarding administration and recruitment coordination when needed

  • Administrative support for internal projects (HR initiatives, organizational projects)



  • 3-6 years of experience in office management / administrative coordination

  • You speak perfectly french and you have a very good level in english

  • Strong organizational and structuring skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company
