Looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office administration
• Coordinate with HR, Finance & Project teams
• Manage documents, vendors & office supplies
• Support onboarding & employee coordination
• Assist in reports, scheduling & operations

 


Requirements


✔ 2–5 years experience in admin role
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔ MS Office proficiency
✔ Basic knowledge of accounts/admin

Preferred: IT company experience
