Job Description
The Office Admin is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining all engineering document control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering activities, maintain and update project documentation, and assist with daily project operations, while addressing any additional client-requested requirements to ensure timely and effective delivery of project objectives.
- Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Gather, log, and distribute various engineering documents.
- Manage the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
- Track and expedite documentation, including deviations that are controlled and traceable.
- Maintain established files of drawings and correspondence. Logs and routes interdisciplinary checks and supplier data.
