Job Description

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, coordinating office activities, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions. Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics. Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
