Job Description

ALOHAS is looking for an Off-Price Specialist to manage and grow the Outlet channel (OTL): selling excess and end-of-life (EOL) stock through off-price and private-sale partners (BestSecret, The Bradery, Choose, YOOX, Gilt, Lounge by Zalando, among others). It's both a commercial and operational role: negotiating terms with each partner, deciding which product and mix to send to each campaign, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT so that every deal runs smoothly and profitably.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Manage and grow the portfolio of off-price / private-sale partners, and identify and prospect new channel opportunities.
  • Negotiate the commercial terms of each campaign or deal: discounts, commissions, incoterms, payment terms (e.g. NET90, prepayment), shipping windows and returns policy, aiming to maximise margin without compromising brand image.
