OEX Master
The Role
The OEX Master is responsible for executing projects that drive improvements in OEE and GCC, while fostering a culture of operational excellence by enabling and coaching plant personnel in the use of relevant tools and methodologies.
What you’ll do
Identify OEE/GCC improvement opportunities using data analytics, benchmarking against local, regional, and global best performance
Build and integrate a project roadmap focused on OEE and GCC improvements using Lean methodology
Identify Kaizen opportunities based on performance gaps and Gemba Walk observations
Develop new initiatives to achieve annual business objectives
Execute projects aligned with the roadmap using the appropriate methodologies
Lead workshops for key improvement opportunities, involving cross-functional teams
Partner with OEX teams and other functions to solve problems using Lean principles
