Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer

International Energy Resources is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Odoo development expertise with a solid understanding of ERP business processes and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical business solutions.

As part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in enhancing our Odoo ERP platform, supporting business process improvements, leading system integrations, and preparing the organization for the UAE’s upcoming e‑Invoicing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
• Configure, customize and develop Odoo modules across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Lead and support the implementation of UAE e‑Invoicing requirements, including system integrations and regulatory compliance.
