OD Transformation Leader (HR & Change Management)

HRTX is seeking an Organizational Development Manager in Pasig City, responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through data-driven strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, certification in Organizational Development, and 3–5 years of experience, including managerial experience.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives for performance improvement, culture enhancement, and transformation support, while working closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams.

This position offers a full onsite work setup with a Monday to Friday, dayshift schedule.
