Ocean Freight Operations Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced candidate to assist the Team Lead in operations for inbound and outbound shipments. The role includes preparing shipping documents, enhancing customer/vendor relationships, and performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma in Logistics or Transportation with 3-5 years in Ocean freight operations. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service experience are essential. This is a permanent position.
