Job Summary

Come work as an Occupational Therapist with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) on the Banfield Pavilions Team at Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver, BC. Within the context of a patient/client and family‑centred framework and continuum‑based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, you will provide occupational therapy services to enable clients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. You will work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team, performing assessments on clients’ occupational performance utilizing an evidence‑based approach, planning and implementing outcome‑oriented services, evaluating effectiveness, preparing and maintaining records, and participating in interdisciplinary research and quality improvement initiatives.
