Occupational Therapist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Pershore and Upton Neighbourhood Team. We are looking for a newly qualified or experienced occupational therapist who is keen to deliver high quality care in the community setting. You will be part of an integrated team of therapists and nurses who provide essential knowledge and skills to support patient discharges, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and keep people safe in their own homes.
Your caseload will be varied with an opportunity to see patients with a variety of presenting conditions, allowing you to develop and improve existing problem‑solving skills. We work closely with GPs, developing relationships with other primary care services, utilising skills of our MDT colleagues to manage complex patients and ensuring services are responsive and patient‑centred.
