Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Occupational Therapist for the Salmon Arm Primary Care Network. Focus on improving patient outcomes through tailored therapy and comprehensive support.
This permanent role offers 0.6 FTE with working days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 08:00 to 16:00. You will conduct in-depth assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and guide clients and caregivers in promoting independence. Collaborate on program planning and uphold quality standards within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments of clients' needs
• Create and follow individual therapy plans
• Assist clients in functional independence through targeted therapy
• Recommend and prescribe therapeutic equipment
• Participate in quality assessment initiatives
Requirements:
