Job Description
As our community aged care services continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team. In this full time community-based role, you will be located in Ballan, and you will partner with consumers, families and Care Advisors to understand each person’s goals, assess functional ability and deliver practical, person-centred interventions that promote safety, confidence and independence.

What you’ll bring:
