Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources for IMP Aerospace & Defence, the Manager, Occupational Health and Safety is responsible for the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Occupational health and safety program throughout I.M.P. Aerospace & MOB’s, while providing OHS assistance and support to other IMP group Divisions.
- Provide consultative leadership and guidance in the promotion of a healthy and safe workplace to management, employees and OH&S staff.
- Monitor compliance with Company policies and procedures relating to occupational health, safety and environmental matters.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate occupational wellness and safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
