- Meaningful MFM integration
- Reliable 24/7 specialty backup
- Physician wellness and long-term sustainability
- Two OB/GYN Hospitalists in-house at all times and significant rest during 24-hour shifts
- Shared overnight coverage model , where physicians alternate responsibilities overnight, making it feasible to obtain about 5 hours of sleep , depending on clinical volume
