About the role
The O2C Team Lead, Europe is responsible for overseeing Order to Cash operations across Poland, Ukraine, Czechia and Slovakia within the Europe Operating Unit. The role focuses on operations management, performance improvement and collaboration with Customer Service, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure delivery of key financial metrics.
The position drives operational excellence, implements best practices and ensures coordination across all stages of the Order to Cash cycle, working with Commercial Centres of Excellence, Customer Service and local finance teams across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the O2C team across Poland and Ukraine, assigning work, monitoring performance and supporting development within a collaborative team environment.
